Junior Goal Keeping Certificate


The Junior Goalkeeping Certificate is a new Goalkeeping coaching course for Coaches who work with or intend to work with Junior aged Goalkeepers.This Football Federation Australia course is Nationally recognised and part of the FFA's community coaching pathway.

 
The Junior Goalkeeping Certificate is a 1 day (8 hour) practical course. The Course is an Introduction to Goalkeeper coaching and includes:

Goalkeeping Specific Warm up
Goalkeeping Co ordination
Set Position
Handling Techniques: Scoop / Cup / W Technique / Collapse Dive
Short Throws
Passing and Recieving
Positional Awareness in relation to ball

Sunday 8th August 9.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday 14th August 9.00am - 5.00pm

The Youth Goalkeeping Licence and Senior Goalkeeping Diploma will be held in South Australia later in the year. Coaches wanting to attend these courses would need to complete the Junior Goalkeeping Certificate prior to enrollment.
